canada has got the right idea on how to improve all they need is a academy and they should start seeing results.

i think if other countries were this organized it would really help thier cricket.i believe a strong junior set up will lead to strong senior set up.get cricket in schools, then have a under 16s coach and under 19 coach aswell as a academy coach and have a senior coach worry about the seniors.

best of luck to canada

Canada is not America. People over here, and by people I mean (Caucasian race), have shown a lot of interest in cricket. I have taken few of my white friends to play 2020 game, though they were miserable on the field, but they loved and enjoyed every moment of it. I believe only 2020 is the ideal format for the countries on this part of the world. ICC should try to held a triangular or four teams 2020 tournament involving India, Pakistan, West Indies, or Canada. Such an event would definitely be successful and would do a lot of favor to promote this game here. And considering the population of South Asian and Caribbeans it is bound to be successful.

ICC please take NOTE!
