Kenya to appoint new coach by end of July

Cricket Kenya hope to be able to confirm the appointment of a new national coach by the end of July.

A board spokesman confirmed media reports that a five-man shortlist had been drawn up, but said not all of those had been interviewed and the process was ongoing.

Give the job to Steve Tikolo, and Thomas should be appointed captain. What are they all thinking down at Cricket Kenya...

I completely agree with Ramakanth.
Tikolo should be made the coach-player and Odoyo should be given captaincy change.
Thomas would be a better choice than Maurice Ouma.

Dear Ramakant and Vikram thankyou, the captains selection was done through an interview of the national players, i and you do not know what they must haved talked about, let Thomas start getting runs and wicket as pressure is now off as a vice captain, in regard to coach i would say Francis (FRANCO) who is now coaching Uganda should be approched. He has done well with the Uganda National teams for all catagories.
